Singer Spyro has said being a celebrity in Lagos is hard, blaming it on undue financial demands made by some so-called fans.
The ‘Who Is Your Guy?’ crooner stated this in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
The artiste said he gives out at least N100,000 each day he steps out of his house, amounting to N15 million yearly.
Spyro said it was unsustainable for celebrities to keep doling out money in such manner.
He said, “Really hard being a celebrity in this Lagos.
“I told a guy I don’t have today and I will see him next day and he rained insults on me.
“Every day I step out of my house I spend a minimum of N100k on givings. Now let’s do the maths. Let’s say I go out three times a week. That’s 300k a week, making N1.2m per month and that’s about N15m per year. Kilode.”
