Reports from most polling unit in Lagos indicates that officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are yet to arrive the polling units.
In Kirikiri town and its adjourning community, the INEC officials are yet to arrive there and most of the residents who are eligible to vote are just roaming around frustrated.
As at 9.30am, a resident who spoke on condition of anonymity pleaded with INEC not to bungle the election by coming to the centres late.
Similarly in Igando, Iyana Ejigbo area and Oke afa in Isolo, accreditation are yet to commence as INEC officials are no where to be found.
