The Eze Ndigbo Mekong River, Thailand, Eze, (amb) Jerome Uzochukwu Ezeneche has berated an Ivorian traditional ruler, Amnon N’Douffou for pledging to donate toward the rebuilt of Notre Dame Cathedral wrecked by fire recently.

According to HRH Ezeneche who is king of six nations in Mekong River, it amount to hypocrisy for African leaders to abandon high rate of poverty and disease  ravaging Africa to make faboulous donations abroad.

While describing Ndoufou’s donations  as unnecessary, the royal father said France has already raised 1 billion dollars from external donors towards the reconstruction of the Cathedral.

On the civil protest, which resulted in removal of Sudanese leader, Omar Al Bashir, Ezeneche described it as a welcome development while urging other leaders to learn from Al- Bashir’s mistake.
