The International Breweries Plc has been honoured with the prestigious award of ‘Top Employer’ at the Top Employers Institute and the award for ‘Outstanding Employer of Choice’ at the HR People Magazine Awards 2024.
Other awards received by the company at the ceremony were Outstanding in HR Communications Strategy, Outstanding in Workplace Culture & Ethics and Human Resource Business Partner of the Year, while our people team won the HR Team of the year 2024.
The Top Employer and Employer of Choice awards have further consolidated the IB Plc’s position as an employer to reckon with when it comes to policies and initiatives targeted at improving the lot of employees. This has been further reflected through the company’s notable LinkedIn recognition in 2022 and 2023, as being among the top organisations in Nigeria to advance one’s career in.
IB Plc is a proud part of the world’s largest brewer, Anheuser-Busch InBev, (AB InBev), with over 400 beverage brands; its country products include Trophy Lager, Trophy Extra Stout, Hero Lager, Castle Lite, Budweiser, Flying Fish Beta Malt and Grand Malt among other quality beverages.
