The Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) has invited six players from Ekiti to camp ahead of the International Handball Federation (IHF) Trophy for Youth tournament.
The tournament is scheduled for April 20 to 26 in Abidjan, Cote d’ lvoire.
The State Head Coach, Kayode Ayo-Idowu, disclosed while addressing newsmen on Thursday in Ado-Ekiti.
Ayo-Idowu said the federation invited five players to join their counterparts in camp in preparation for the U-18 tournament.
According to him, the five players include Oluwalade Abiola, Folorunso Omowumi, Ayogu Chidera,Adegbite Christiana and Toyin Ogunsakin.
The coach said the federation also invited Temilade Eniola of the U -20 to camp ahead of the IHF Trophy for the Youth tournament.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the players are to report in camp at the Lagos Sports Commission, Rowe Park, Yaba, Lagos on April 6.
