Several Premier League clubs have been scared away by Nottingham Forest asking price for striker Taiwo Awoniyi, SCORENigeria has learnt.
“Several clubs including Chelsea have enquired about Awoniyi, but what Forest are demanding has scared many of them away,” a source close to the player told SCORENigeria
Awoniyi, 26, cost Forest 20 and half Million Euros when he signed in July 2022 from German Bundesliga club Union Berlin.
His Transfermarkt valuation is estimated at 28 Million Euros.
His Forest contract is till June 2027.
