The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) will commence the regularisation of unapproved structures in Festac Town, Gowon Estate and Isheri Olofin 1.
Other estates are Isheri Olofin 2, Satellite 2 Navy Town, Satellite 6, Egan A, Egan B, Egan ADB, Egan E, Egan F, Esuti (Right side), Esuti (Left side) Abesan 1,2, 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10A,IOB, 11,12 and 13. Also, the estates affected in Abuja are: Gwarinpa, Lugbe, Kubwa, Maitama, Asokoro, Karu and Apo/ Guzape. In a statement, the FHA management directed the affected persons in Lagos to visit the office of the Zonal Manager, FHA South West Zone, 211 Road, Festac Town Lagos, while those in Abuja are to visit the office of the Executive Director, Estate Services at the Head Office, 26 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja.
“The management would commence enforcement to comply with the authority’s building regulations at the expiration of the notices contained in the radio announcements it has placed” the management said.
