The United States Department of Justice has released additional investigative documents linked to the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including interview records in which a woman accused Donald Trump of sexual assault.
According to the documents made public on Thursday, the files contain summaries of interviews conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 2019 with a woman who alleged she was abused as a teenager after being introduced to Trump by Epstein.
The Justice Department said the materials were not included in earlier congressionally mandated disclosures because they had been mistakenly classified as “duplicative” records during previous file releases.

In one of the interviews, the woman told investigators that Epstein had taken her to either New York City or New Jersey, where she was introduced to Trump. She claimed she bit him while resisting what she described as an attempt to force her to perform oral sex.
The woman also told investigators that she and people close to her had received threatening phone calls over the years urging her to remain silent, threats she believed were connected to Epstein.
Trump has consistently denied any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein. The Justice Department has previously cautioned that some materials released in the files contain “untrue and sensationalist claims” relating to the former president.
Meanwhile, lawmakers from the Democratic Party have raised concerns over how the Trump administration handled the Epstein records. A committee in the US House of Representatives voted on Wednesday to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi for questioning about the department’s management of the documents.
