The traditional ruler-elect of Ogugu Ntu-egbenese ancient kingdom in Awgu Local Government Area, Chief Aloysius Ogbonna has hailed the member representing Enugu North and South Federal Constituency, Chimaobi Atu for his dedication and service to his constituents.
