The Outdoor Advertising Industry’s premier event, the Location Marketing Awards (LOMA), is now accepting entries for 2025. Organized by OOHH Academy Nigeria, the awards invite agencies, brands, media owners, tech providers, and content creators to showcase their most compelling OOH campaigns and innovations.
Entries are open from July 14 to August 4, 2025, for work executed between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025. The prestigious awards feature a rigorous two-stage judging process: online submission and supporting materials for shortlisted entries.
Now in its third year, the LOMA Awards aim to spotlight excellence across Nigeria’s dynamic OOH sector—celebrating creative storytelling, ad-tech breakthroughs, and operational excellence. Kingsley Onwukaeme, Convener of LOMA, emphasizes the awards’ role in uncovering hidden talents and pushing industry boundaries. “LOMA has helped recognize incredible talent and set the pace globally,” he states. “Our diverse judging panel ensures a fair evaluation of Nigeria’s innovative OOH landscape.”
Key categories include Campaign of the Year, Ad-Tech, Media Audit, Sales & Operations, Rising Star, Brands, and Individual Achievement. New for 2025, the awards highlight the impact of content creators utilizing digital and OOH platforms.
Esteemed partners like Absen and Polygon continue their support, joined this year by Moving Walls, an innovative ad-tech firm. The awards culminate in a high-profile ceremony and industry conference on September 25–26, 2025, in Ikeja, Lagos, featuring networking sessions, breakout workshops, and exhibitions.
