Participants at the recently held Laurel Events Business Forum 2025 Conference and Exhibition were exposed to various aspects of running their businesses and promised to deploy strategies gained to scale their individual businesses.
Convener, Mrs. Stella Arome disclosed this in a statement sent to Daily Sun.
The event themed, “The Corporate Side of Business: The Human Energy,” was held on Tuesday, April 29, in Lagos.
Arome said the event brought together industry experts, business owners, and entrepreneurs to discuss how to effectively structure their businesses with all the elements of a corporate organisation and how to harness the power of human energies.
In her opening remarks, Arome explained that the forum aimed to help business owners develop effective structures and maximise the potential of their human resources.
“The human energy is a critical component of any business, and it’s essential to harness it to achieve success,” she emphasised.
The keynote speaker, Mrs. Funke Bucknor-Obruthe, CEO/Founder of Zapphaire Events, delivered a compelling presentation on the importance of structures and human energy in business.
Other key speakers who graced the event include Christopher Omoijiade of TCOC Global, who spoke on Leadership and Business culture.
Also, Mr. Korede Olabanji of Photonimi shared insights on structure and management of a company while Onye Ubanatu, a Pan Africa High-End Visual Narrative Expert spoke on how to pitch for a job while Akuidolo Orevoghene, ace comedian spoke on client management and retention respectively.
The convener stated that the forum provided participants with valuable takeaways, including strategies to develop effective structures, harness human energy, and drive business growth.
