Before founding Premium Trust Bank in 2022, Emefienim had distinguished himself at Sterling Bank, where he served as an Executive Director, Institutional Banking Directorate.
Prior to his illustrious career in Sterling Bank, he had worked at Equatorial Trust Bank, Oceanic Bank, United Bank for Africa, Savannah Bank and FSB International.
His rich experience as former Head of Credit & Marketing, Zonal Business Director, General Manager, Regional Business Executive Director over the years, have manifested clearly in the way things are done in Premium Trust Bank.
With an enviable pedigree, his name commands respect within the banking sector, which explains why the Federal Government appointment him into the Governing Council of the Federal University of Technology and Environmental Sciences in Ekiti.
