Emirates has said it successfully navigated recent regional developments to maintain its scheduled flight operations to Dubai and its global network.

Emirates revealed that over the past two weeks, it upheld its flight schedule by rerouting flights to avoid conflict zones.

During the period, the airline said it transported over 1.7 million passengers on more than 5,800 flights.

The airline’s capacity was evident in its response to localised conflicts, where flights were temporarily suspended only to directly impacted areas.  Services to Amman and Beirut were briefly halted but quickly resumed, underscoring the airline’s capability to adapt while prioritising the safety of its passengers and crew. This approach helped thousands of families embark on their summer holidays as planned.

The airline continuously monitors regional developments, coordinating closely with aviation authorities and rigorously assessing potential risks.  This ensures all flights are safely rerouted away from conflict zones, adhering to the most stringent regulatory requirements. Throughout this period, Emirates maintained communication with its customers through regular updates on its website and social media channels and dedicated reservations teams also worked to re-accommodate any affected passengers promptly.
