Elumelu lifts staff with pay increase

Chairman of Heirs Holdings, Mr. Tony Elumelu, has increased the salaries for all companies within the Heirs Holdings Group, (including Heirs Insurance Group)

in celebration of 2024 Worker’s Day.

The Communications Manager for Heirs Insurance Group, Mr. Timilehin Adebiyi, who disclosed this said Mr. Elumelu made the announcement on his LinkedIn platform, noting that the pay increase vary from employee to employee depending on so many factors and conditions of engagement for every staff member.

With this, Adebiyi posited that Heirs Insurance Group is now likely one of the top 3 highest paying employers in the insurance industry.

“This salary upward review underscores our group’s unwavering commitment to our people, particularly during challenging economic times. It also reinforces our standing as one of the best workplaces promoting employee welfare in the broader financial services sector.

“We have been consistently delivering excellent financial performance since entering the industry in December 2020 and would continue to do better,” he assured.
