Elegance and pizzazz were on display on the runway when Toks Gallery unveiled the Ore Oofe Collection at the Oza Women Fashion Show held in Lagos. The show was focused on promoting African fashion and sustainability, and the models showcased the latest collection by Maryam Dopemu, the Founder and Creative Director of Toks Gallery.

The collection, named Ore Oofe, which means “The Grace” was inspired by the intersection of African street styles and sustainable pieces. It was designed to give a glimpse of African attire in European designs.

Speaking about the collection, Dopemu said, “I just wanted to promote African attire more because of my love for African print. To be honest, I never believed that I could participate or meet up with the collections, but I thank God I did.”

The fashion show was immersive with dynamic lighting and an ethereal soundtrack enhancing the theme.
