Catholic bishops under the umbrella of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) have felicitated with Muslim communities in Nigeria on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the Ramadan period.
CBCN President Archbishop Matthew Man-Oso Ndagoso, in a goodwill message, urged that this period should propel Nigerians of all faiths to work towards a country founded on justice, truth, and mutual respect, while drawing on the enduring values of sacrifice, solidarity with the poor, forgiveness, and reverence for God for healing and renewal.
