Education, healthcare: NGO to shoulder financial responsibility for indigent children

A Non-governmental Organization, Maria Celine Onwughalu Foundation (MCOF) has announced plans to provide quality education for indigent children and to rehabilitate drug abusers and commercial sex workers.

This was disclosed by the Founder, Onwughalu Queen Ifunanya, in a statement yesterday.

According to her, the mission of MCOF is to also provide healthcare, enhance cybersecurity awareness among youths, provide social safety net and ensure food security.

Ifunanya added that MCOF stands as a global beacon of hope and transformation, focusing on uplifting and empowering communities worldwide, addressing the needs of the most vulnerable and underserved populations.

“Our mission includes tackling crime, drug abuse, genital mutilation, and child exploitation, as well as providing education, infrastructure development, entrepreneurship opportunities, and human rights advocacy,” she said.

She called on well meaning citizens to join hands with her to create a brighter secure future for all.

“Your support and collaboration can help us make a meaningful difference and build a better world for generations to come,” she added.
