Friends and Supporters of Senator Monday Okpebholo have said they have picked the governorship nomination form for the Edo State governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Monday Okpebholo, because they believe so much in his ability to advance the course of the state.
Mr Omo Ebosele, who spoke for the group, made this known to Journalists in Benin City, the Edo state capital.
He said the man the people of the state need at the moment is Okpebholo.
Mr Ebosele said Edo State is highly endowed with both human and natural resources and needed not to be backward by any standards adding that the challenges facing it at the moment is due to poor management.
Obosele said having looked at the myriads of problems confronting the state, the best person to rescue it is Sen Okpebholo.
He added that Sen. Okpebholo’s friends and supporters are confident that he has the vision and determination to bring about positive change and development in the state if given the opportunity to serve as governor.
He said that they believe that his qualities, experiences, and dedication make him the ideal choice to lead the state out of the woods.
While x-raying his track records as evidence of his suitability for the position, he emphasised that Okpebholo’s leadership skills and his willingness to make tough decisions for the betterment of the state stands him out among his peers and co-contenders.
He said their endorsement and support further strengthens his position as a strong contender for the APC governorship ticket.
He said, with their endorsement and support, Sen. Okpebholo’s chance of securing the APC governorship ticket is significantly boosted and guaranteed.
