In a heartfelt message marking the Easter celebrations, Honourable Jacob Ajegana, the esteemed representative of Nasarawa Eggon Easty Constituency, has called upon Nigerians to embrace the spirit of love and compassion amidst the challenges facing the nation.
Speaking from his constituency office, on Sunday, Hon. Ajegana emphasized the importance of solidarity and unity during these trying times. He stated, “Easter is a time for reflection and renewal of our faith. As we commemorate this holy season, let us remember to extend kindness and support to one another, especially to those who are less fortunate.”
Highlighting the prevailing economic difficulties across the country, Hon. Ajegana underscored the need for empathy and understanding. “Nigerians are facing significant hardships, and it is incumbent upon us to show empathy and compassion towards one another,” he remarked.
In a poignant plea to the citizens, the honourable member urged everyone to use this period for fervent prayers, particularly for the nation’s leaders. “Let us dedicate our prayers to our esteemed leaders, including the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi Sul. May they be guided by wisdom and grace in steering our nation towards prosperity and peace,” he expressed.
Hon.
