Member of House of Representatives, representing Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency, Nnamdi Eziechi, has assured investors willing to do business in Delta State of a robust partnership with the state government.
Eziechi, according to a statement from his office, in Asaba, while receiving a team of investors, who paid him a courtesy visit. He explained that state was peaceful and safe for any business to thrive.
According to him, the state government is deeply committed to creating direct and indirect employment opportunities for the teeming youths of the state. However, he noted there is need for a synergy between the government and the private sector.
The lawmaker, while thanking the team comprising of representatives of First Rhema Solutions, Off-Field Concepts and Dahua Technology, West Africa, for their interest in Delta, said the state government has put in place enough incentives to encourage investors.
The lawmaker thanked the team, made up of representatives of First Rhema Solutions, Off-Field Concepts and Dahua Technology, West Africa, for the interest in doing business in state and promised to facilitate the processes that would make the partnership work.
Eziechi lauded the team’s proposal for the training of a good number of youths in smart cities, e-governance and surveillance was good for the state, noting that any initiative that would enhance the well-being of Delta youths would continue to enjoy his support.
Earlier, the Chairman of First Rhema Solutions, Mr Mark Obi, said the visit was to intimate the lawmaker about their investment plans. Obi explained that the initiatives would help the Government of Delta State in creating more job opportunities for the youth and increasing revenue generation in the state.
