English actor and martial artist, Scott Adkins has mourned legendary American actor and martial artist, Chuck Norris, saying he embodied the true spirit of martial arts.
According to his family, Chuck Norris died on Thursday in Hawaii, United States, nine days after his 86th birthday.
In a Facebook post on Friday, Adkins recounted that his path crossed Chuck Norris’ briefly but it left a lasting impact on him.
The 49-year-old Ninja star described the deceased as a master of martial arts, lovely man and devoted humanitarian.
Adkins said, “A titan of martial arts action cinema has left us.

“Our paths crossed briefly, but his kindness left a lasting impact. He embodied the true spirit of martial arts.
“My heart goes out to his loved ones. You inspired a generation. Rest In Peace Chuck.”
Chuck Norris gained global prominence starring in films including A Force of One (1979), The Octagon (1980), and An Eye for an Eye (1981).
Besides holding black belts in several martial arts disciplines, including karate, taekwondo, Tang Soo Do, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and judo, he also founded his, Chun Kuk Do.
