A frontline monarch and paramount ruler of Great Idjerhe Kingdom in Delta State, king Obukowho Monday Whiskey, Udurhie 1, has advised all Niger Deltans to promote what would promote unity, development and peaceful coexistence in the region, especially as it affects the operational successes of the Tantita Security Services Limited
He said the operations of the firm were greatly helping in environmental restoration, high crude oil productions and job creations for thousands of unemployed youths across the region.
The monarch said he was saddened that instead of working for greater peaceful coexistence, some faceless individuals who lost their illegal means of livelihood as a result of Tantita Security’s operations were regrouping to blackmail the authorities of the firm.
In a statement, the monarch who doubles as the national chairman of host communities’ traditional rulers and elders advisory, said with the successes recorded so far by the authorities of Tantita Security Services Limited, patriots of the region should rather be advocating the expansion of the scope of work to enable the region benefit more from the programme and not the current trend of blackmail and pull him down syndrome.
“The Federal Government, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited and very many patriotic Nigerians are well impressed by the uncommon feat High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, has achieved already using his Tantita Security Services networks to safeguard critical national assets”, the statement said.
It advised those involved in the blackmail to channel their useful energies into more productive activities instead of fighting a successful venture of an individual, whose excellent performance is nationally being commended. “Collectively, we can do better, but those who choose to pull others down will never and can never be the best options,” it stated.
