Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has revealed that former Super Eagles captain Jay Jay Okocha is his favourite footballer of all time.
The Afrobeats star made the disclosure during a recent interview with ESPN, where he said he is neither a fan of Cristiano Ronaldo nor Lionel Messi.
According to Burna Boy, Okocha remains his greatest football player of all time, despite the widespread acclaim enjoyed by Ronaldo and Messi.
The host asked, “Who is the greatest player of all time?”

Burna Boy replied, “I will say Jay Jay Okocha. It is between him and Pele. I am not doing that Ronaldo or Messi stuff.”
The singer also revealed that Harry Kane is his favourite striker of all time, while Manchester United is his favourite club.
He named Lamine Yamal as the best young player in the world and Kobbie Mainoo as his favourite Manchester United player.
