West Africa’s construction exhibition, BUILDMACEX 2026, is set to return next year from April 22 to 24, 2026, in Lagos.

Organised by Atlantic Exhibition Nigeria Limited, the 10th edition will bring together global industry leaders, professionals, and innovators to explore how modern technology is transforming structural design and the future of construction in the region.

Over the past decade, BUILDMACEX has become a vital platform for promoting innovation in West Africa’s building and construction sector. The 2026 edition with theme: “The Revolution of Modern Technology on Structural Design,” will spotlight digital transformation, sustainable building practices, and the latest in smart construction tools all aimed at improving efficiency, resilience, and sustainability in infrastructure.

According to Vivian Godonuve, Event Manager at Atlantic Exhibition, this edition will focus on the pivotal role of technology and innovation in shaping the built environment. She said that BUILDMACEX remains a space where ideas evolve into action and lasting partnerships are formed to advance West Africa’s construction ecosystem.

Attendees will experience a wide range of exhibits featuring advanced materials, modern construction technologies, and smart structural systems. The exhibition will also highlight eco-friendly innovations, green building solutions, and renewable energy integration.

Alongside the exhibition, there will be conferences, technical sessions, and expert-led panel discussions, with live demonstrations showcasing cutting-edge digital tools and machinery.

BUILDMACEX 2026 also serves as a business-to-business platform, connecting contractors, architects, suppliers, policymakers, and investors. Beyond being an exhibition, it acts as a marketplace for forming strategic partnerships and sourcing solutions for major projects. Participants will gain valuable insights into global trends in construction, sustainability, and urban development, discovering practical ways to enhance productivity and lower project costs.

The event is open to professionals, stakeholders, and the general public eager to stay ahead in the evolving construction landscape. Registration details are available on the official BUILDMACEX website.
