Three Chieftains of the All Progressive Congress (APC), including the Senior Special Assistant to the President President Muhammadu Buhari on Political Matters, Gideon Samani; the Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Dakuku Peterside; and a leader of the party in Delta State, O’tega Emerhor on Saturday said the President would defeat the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, in the Saturday’s presidential election in the Niger Delta region.
They spoke at the inauguration of 4,000 Buhari Canvassers for the re-election of Buhari by the Mainstream Delta APC in Asaba, saying Nigeria must never return to the dark days of the PDP which brought the country to her kneels.
Samani noted that the achievements recorded by the Buhari administration were enough to ensure the victory of the President in the coming polls.
