An early morning fire has destroyed property worth millions of Naira inside the market in the Nigerian Navy barracks, commonly called Navy Town in the Ojoo area of Lagos State.
Witnesses said the fire engulfed a warehouse stocked with goods and other parts of the market and efforts by the traders to access the market and salvage some of the wares were rebuff by stern looking naval personnel.
