Senator representing Enugu North Senatorial District, Okey Ezea, has reportedly passed away.
It was learnt that the lawmaker died on Tuesday while receiving medical treatment abroad.
It was gathered that he had been in the United Kingdom at the time of his demise, after an earlier round of treatment in Germany.

Meanwhile, news of Ezea’s reported death has triggered widespread reactions across social media.
Popularly known as Ideke, Ezea was the last remaining Labour Party member in the National Assembly from Enugu State, following the defection of other lawmakers to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
