A Bayelsa State High Court has set aside an order which directed the All Progressive Congress(APC) not to use the Direct Mode of primary for its governorship primary election.
Justice Eberiyin Omukoro said he has no option than to set aside his earlier order as the Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain matters on internal party affairs.
