The All Progressive Congress (APC) is leading in 21 local governments in Borno gubernatorial election with a wide margin.
APC’s Prof Babagana Zulum, has polled 709,462 votes in the 18 local government areas while his challenger, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Mohammed Imam scored 49,098
There are 27 local governments in Borno State. INEC said it was waiting for the results of the remaining six local government areas.
