Between Israel and verbose defenders of evil

Men O Logo

Without a doubt, Israel is aptly ‘a dot in the circle’. However, though surrounded by hostile nations who cherish guzzling blood like sweet wine, this dot has proved too strong to crack. It is holding the Middle East and our decadent world by the balls and squeezing as hard as it can.

It is not as though the tiny nation, perching precariously, is a troublemaker. No, it does its best to avoid trouble but confronts it frontally as often as it comes; because it has no choice.

Israel’s existence is a heartburn for some people whose only ambition is to wipe the Jewish nation off the map. Funnily, God keeps laughing in derision at the raging heathen.

It is for lack of understanding or stupidity that Israel’s fighting for survival is opposed. It is madness to expect Israel to put its head on the guillotine to be decapitated by rabid bloodsuckers. It is the height of foolishness to expect that Israel could be crushed by any means. This can NEVER happen because it is not Israel’s fight but God’s.

Therefore, anyone opposing Israel is anti-God. Who can battle with the Lord? Nobody!

Why men choose to kick against the prick is bewildering. History is replete with instances of the futility of ever imagining defeating Israel.

Ask the Pharaoh of Egypt. Ask Sennacherib. Ask the city of Jericho. And a lot more. Well, these are Bible narratives, which many do not believe. No problem. How about the six-day war of 1967? How about the rescue of Israeli hostages in Idi Amin’s Uganda that birthed the epic movie, Ninety Minutes at Entebe?

If the world had brains, they would ask themselves hard questions instead of this cyclic rigmarole inanity.

Despite the increasing decibel of anti-Semitism, Israel remains uncowed and unbowed. Israel is the nemesis of the world and must be respected by all. Israel is what it is because of the unbreakable Covenant and nobody gets away with toying with God’s Covenant. There are copious occurrences in the Bible to prove that such an enterprise is pigheaded.

Because …“The Lord shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning…The Lord of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones…And the Lord their God shall save them…”  Zechariah 9:15-16.

For many, the covenant means nothing but its effect affects everything about their lives. For blessed is the one that blesses Israel and cursed is he that does otherwise (Genesis 12:3). This is a settled matter, and no power can do anything about it.

The dying, unjust world has been reveling in another Israeli bashing because of the avoidable war against Hamas and Hezbollah, who are proxies for the repressive regime in Iran. The tiresome world is angry because Israel has seriously hammered Hamas to a pulp and is now facing Hezebollah. All known leaders of the terror gangs intending to annihilate Israel are being deleted methodically.

Sadly, a compromised world would prefer Israel to lie supine and allow her head to be chopped off by the Islamist bloodsuckers, who know little or nothing about the god they purport to serve. They scream when Hezbollah camps are bombed but remained silent all the while the renegades were displacing Israelis from their homes near the border with Lebanon.

It has to be seriously noted that the loss of ‘innocent’ lives, especially women and children, is deplorable but the blame should be heaped on the terrorists who use them as human shields. Israel is only fighting for self-preservation.

The anti-Semitic world keeps talking about this ‘genocide’ but refuses to trace the root. They also say nothing about the network of tunnels in residential areas, running underneath hospitals and even United Nations facilities, providing the blood drinkers easy access to Israel. They refuse to tell Hamas and Hezbollah to surrender but condemn Israel for taking up a war that was foisted on it. They sleepwalk and ignore the evil, regime in Iran sponsoring the carnage against God’s people.

Haba! How unfair could the world be?

It is not up to Israel to stop the war. Anybody telling Israel to stop fighting must visit a shrink. Because Israel is only fighting for survival, otherwise it would go extinct. The terrorists have not hidden their agenda to wipe Israel out of existence. Only a tree would remain standing still while the axe is laid to hew it down. Israel can never stop fighting because doing that is tantamount to suicide. The world should rather get those who want to eclipse the Jewish state to have a rethink and desist from their unfruitful, inglorious ambition.

Nobody, not even an unholy alliance of the entire Arab, world could subdue Israel. They tried it in 1967 and suffered a humiliating, crushing defeat they are yet to recover from. Another attempt would fail with greater consequences.

Strangely, some seemingly intelligent people have allowed the worms of sentiment to eat up their brains. That is why they claim to be Christians but also preach unbiblical things. Nobody knows if they are paid to say the senseless things they are saying but, definitely, you cannot be a Christian and forbid peace in Jerusalem, the eternal capital of the Jewish nation

Contemplating the destruction of Israel to liberate their “Arab brothers” is laughable. Israel has not enslaved any Arab. It is the Arabs that have manacled their people to vicious repression unlike a benign, democratic Israel.

Common sense dictates that the yoke on the people was put there by their obtuse leaders, which is part of why Israel is fighting so that light would shine in the pervading darkness in the Middle East.

I pity the verbose defenders of evil, which will definitely boomerang on their heads. Continuing to use their diarrheic mouth to spew insane diatribe against Israel is provocative and may attract the wrath of God. However, our God is merciful to those who realise their folly and ask for mercy.

Nevertheless, where exactly were the pro-Arab campaigners and the so-called world leaders when Hamas unleashed its goons on Israel on October 7, 2023? They slaughtered over 1,200 and took more than 250 hostages. Yet nothing has been done to ensure that the hostages are released despite the sordid tales of abuse and rape? Nonsense!

Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, deserves plaudits for his master act at UNGA. He boldly callef out hypocritical world leaders, who pretend to be ignorant of Iran and its “Axis of Resistance”, comprising Hezbollah in Lebanon, Houthis in Yemen, and armed groups in Iraq. These have been relentless in launching attacks across the region to support a supposed Palestinian cause in Gaza, with suggestions that Afghanistan should join.

The world has remained dumb to this but gets unduly animated whenever Israel retaliates to make life and living conducive for her citizens.

Netanyahu made the nasty situation plain for the discerning. More importantly, he declared that Israel is winning.

“The curse of October 7th began when Hamas invaded Israel from Gaza, but it didn’t end there. Israel was soon forced to defend itself on six more war fronts organised by Iran,” he had said.

“On October 8th, Hezbollah attacked us from Lebanon. Since then, they have fired over 8,000 rockets at our towns and cities, at our civilians, at our children. Two weeks later, the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen launched drones and missiles at Israel, the first of 250 such attacks, including one yesterday aimed at Tel Aviv. Iran’s Shiite militias in Syria and Iraq have targeted Israel dozens of times over the past year as well.

“Fueled by Iran, Palestinian terrorists in Judea and Samaria perpetrated scores of attacks there and throughout Israel. And last April, for the first time ever, Iran directly attacked Israel from its own territory.

“Firing 300 drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles at us. I have a message for the tyrants of Tehran: If you strike us, we will strike you. There is no place there is no place in Iran – that the long arm of Israel cannot reach. And that’s true of the entire Middle East.

“Far from being lambs led to the slaughter, Israel’s soldiers have fought back with incredible courage and with heroic sacrifice. And We are winning,” Netanyahu said.

NOTHING can stop the roaring train of victory; PEACE BE UNTO JERUSALEM.
