Get ready for a vibrant cultural experience as the inaugural Badagry to the World Concert takes centre stage on December 22nd, 2024, at Eddies Event Centre in Ajara Topa-Badagry. The forthcoming event promises to showcase the rich history, music, and traditions of the Badagry Kingdom.

At the helm of this landmark event is Babalola Kareem Babatunde, better known as Scope-the-Entertainer, a celebrated Nigerian musician and proud son of the Badagry Kingdom.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the initiative, he said: “Badagry is a kingdom rich in history, heritage, and culture, and I believe it deserves a platform to shine on the global stage. The “Badagry to the World Concert” is not just a music event; it’s a celebration of our identity, our stories, and our future.”

The event will feature a diverse lineup of both established and emerging artists, offering a fusion of musical genres that will captivate audiences.
Beyond music, the concert will showcase traditional performances, cultural displays, and local vendors offering authentic cuisine and handicrafts. This immersive experience will transport attendees to the heart of Badagry’s cultural heritage.

To make this event a reality, the organizers are seeking sponsorships from both the private and public sectors. By supporting this initiative, sponsors will not only contribute to the cultural enrichment of Badagry but also gain significant brand visibility.
