Super Eagles striker, Ademola Lookman is paying the price of going on strike after his failed move to Inter Milan during the summer transfer window, as he has been dropped for tonight’s Champions League meeting against Paris Saint-Germain.

The Nigerian was not involved in training on Tuesday ahead of the Champions League test against the reigning champions.

Lookman is still absent from Ivan Juric’s plans after his failed attempt to leave the club over the summer.

The Nigerian international has not played for Atalanta at all since the end of the 2024-25 season. Despite being involved for his country during the international break, Juric decided against calling him up for the team’s 4-1 victory over Lecce in Serie A over the weekend, claiming ‘I shouldn’t have to beg him to play’.

As per reports from TMW, Juric will leave Lookman out again for the PSG clash tonight.
