APC wins 22 seats, PDP 2, ADC 1 in Kogi

Kano Polls: APC advises supporters to disregard unverified results shared by NNPP

All Progressives Congress (APC) has won the majority seats of 22 out of 25  House of Assembly seats in Kogi State in the Saturday Assembly election while the Peoples Democratic Party won two and the African Democratic Congress (ADC) one in the state constituency seat

In the results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, the APC won in Kabba Bunu, Ankpa 1, Ankpa 2, Olamaboro, Yagba East, Okene 1, Okene 2 and Okehi.

Others are Adavi, Ajaokuta, Ofu, Omala, Idah, ijumu, mopamuro, Yagba East, lokoja 1, Lokoja 2, Kogi, ibaji, Olamaboro and Igalamela.

However, PDP won in Ogori-Mangogo and Bassa while the ADC won in Yagba West state constituency .

It was learnt that Governor Yahaya Bello had before the election given marching order to all political appointees to deliver all the 25 House of Assembly seats to the APC.
