Alliance and General Insurance Plc, celebrated Valentine’s Day with a heartwarming display of appreciation for its outstanding staff, clients, and the host community.
In a day filled with love and gratitude, the insurer used the opportunity to recognize the hard work and dedication of its some of its employees. The management expressed heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding efforts of the staff, acknowledging their commitment to excellence and their role in the company’s overall success.
As part of the celebration, the company honored three (3) of its longest-serving clients, expressing gratitude for their loyalty and trust over the years. The company recognize the importance of building lasting relationships with clients and values continued partnership with those who have been with the company throughout its 36 years journey.
The company also took the time to recognize and appreciate two (2) of its best-performing managers, highlighting their leadership skills and contributions to the company’s growth. By acknowledging the efforts of these key team members, Alliance and General Insurance reinforces its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
In a demonstration of corporate social responsibility, it also visited the Nigerian Red Cross Orphanage Home at Makoko Yaba, Lagos, and extended love and support to the children, spreading joy through donations and engaging in various activities to brighten their Valentine’s Day. This initiative reflects the company’s dedication to making a positive impact in the communities it serves.
Mrs. Felicia Bolajoko David, Managing Director/CEO of the company expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the Valentine’s Day celebration.
