Nigerian Afro-Adura artiste, Ayotola Marvellous Nmah, popularly known as Marvin Nmah, has been invited to serve as a special guest presenter at the forthcoming Nigeria Week London 2026, a year after quietly receiving the platform’s Fast Rising Artiste Award.

The invitation marks another significant milestone in the singer’s career and reflects his growing influence within the Nigerian music industry and the diaspora community.

Marvin, who has been a regular participant at Nigeria Week London since 2023, was honoured with the Fast-Rising Artiste Award at the 2025 edition of the event. However, unlike many entertainers who publicly celebrate such achievements, the artiste chose not to announce or publicise the recognition at the time.

According to him, the decision was deliberate and aligned with his belief that success should be reflected through continued hard work and artistic growth rather than publicity.

Speaking on the recognition and his latest invitation, Marvin expressed gratitude while maintaining a focus on his long-term aspirations.

“I have attended Nigeria Week London since 2023, and receiving the Fast Rising Artiste Award in 2025 was truly an honour. I never felt the need to make a big announcement about it because I believe recognition is best appreciated through continued hard work. While I am grateful for the award and this year’s invitation to present awards, I still believe there is much more to accomplish. Every achievement reminds me that the journey is still ongoing,” he said.

His appointment as a guest presenter at the 2026 edition represents a transition from award recipient to one of the personalities entrusted with recognising excellence among fellow Nigerians, making an impact in their respective fields.

Industry observers say the invitation underscores the respect Marvin has earned through his consistency, professionalism, and contributions to the Afro-Adura music movement.

As his music continues to gain wider acceptance both within and beyond Nigeria, the artist remains committed to promoting Nigerian culture and creating music that resonates with audiences across different backgrounds.

His return to Nigeria Week London as a presenter highlights his growing profile on the international stage and serves as a testament to his steady rise in the entertainment industry.
