African Nations Cup: Nimrod welcomes teams to CAVB Zone 3 Beach Volleyball qualifiers

President of the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) Beach Volleyball Commission, Engineer Musa Nimrod, has officially welcomed participating countries to the 2026 African Nations Cup Beach Volleyball Zone 3 Qualifiers, which are being held in Badagry, Lagos State, according to BSNSports.com.ng.

Nimrod expressed his delight at hosting the regional qualification tournament in Nigeria, assuring all participating teams of a warm reception and a conducive environment for a successful competition.

He also urged athletes to compete in the spirit of fair play while wishing all the participating nations a successful outing at the tournament.

The Zone 3 qualifiers have brought together teams from across the West African region, with countries battling for qualification to the 2026 African Nations Cup Beach Volleyball Championship.

The competition is expected to showcase the region’s top beach volleyball talents while further promoting the growth of the sport in Africa.
