The trainees under tutelage of topnotch creative professionals would get trained in: machining, cutting, pattern making, advanced production, fashion designing, entrepreneurship, trade facilitation and lots more.
The arrowheads of the one year online programme include: Eunice Oghinan, Creative Director, Gianni Fashion Academy; Raphael Malik, Founder, Digital Academy; Comfort Mado-Alabi, Na’Vave Global Limited and Ose Imoukhuede of Ancestral House.
In a statement, Oghinan said: “We have 50 spaces. We are shortlisting now to start on October 3, 2024. We want to train people that will disrupt the present trajectory of fashion, designers that would change things in a positive way. We want to reach people who have been unreached. People who cannot come to Lagos or any city to attend a known fashion school.”
