Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), a pro-President Bola Tinubu support group, has announced plans to inaugurate its Diaspora Arise Platform and Diaspora Youth Directorate Coordinators in Toronto, Canada, as part of efforts to mobilise Nigerians abroad in support of national development and the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The inauguration, scheduled for Monday, August 10, 2026, at the Ontario Investment and Trade Center in Toronto, will be led by the Director-General of the organisation and Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma, alongside other national leaders of the group.
According to a statement issued on by the Director of Youth of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Mustapha Abdullahi, the initiative reflects the growing global support for President Tinubu’s policies and the increasing involvement of Nigerians in the diaspora in the country’s development.
“The inauguration of RHA’s Diaspora Youth Coordinators underscores the growing global support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, the commitment of Nigerians abroad to national development and support for President Tinubu’s re-election in 2027,” the statement said.
The group said the Diaspora Youth Platform would serve as a strategic vehicle for mobilising young Nigerians across the world to contribute to nation-building, youth leadership, civic engagement and economic transformation.
It added that the platform was designed to strengthen the participation of Nigerians living abroad in advancing what it described as President Tinubu’s vision of a more prosperous and globally competitive Nigeria.
According to the statement, the initiative aligns with the administration’s commitment to harnessing Nigeria’s human capital for sustainable development, while recognising the contributions of Nigerians in the diaspora in business, technology, medicine, academia, public service and other sectors.
The RHA said the inauguration also marks the expansion of its global network aimed at promoting good governance, youth empowerment, national unity and economic growth.
As part of the programme, the newly inaugurated coordinators will receive digital mobilisation tools, including personalised recruitment codes, QR-enabled registration links, digital toolkits and performance-monitoring dashboards to support membership drives.
The organisation said each coordinator would be expected to recruit at least 50 verified members within the first 30 days of assuming office.
“The Youth Directorate of the RHA remains committed to excellence, integrity and service in our strategic coordination and inclusive leadership, which has continued to inspire and deepen youth participation in national affairs in line with President Tinubu’s vision of a stronger, more prosperous and globally respected Nigeria,” the statement added.
The group thanked Nigerian youths at home and abroad for their support for the Tinubu administration and urged them to remain united and committed to the country’s development in line with the objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
