The event, which brought together dozens of real estate professionals and marketing partners, served as both a recognition platform for outstanding realtors and a strategic forum to outline the company’s ambitious growth plans for the coming year.

 

Speaking at the gathering, the Managing Director of Zenytal Properties, Mr. Afolayan Abiodun, said the company’s expansion in the last three years was made possible through the commitment and trust of its realtor partners who continue to connect investors to opportunities across the company’s growing portfolio of estates.

 

According to him, Zenytal has expanded aggressively since inception, developing estates across more than 10 different locations within a relatively short period.

 

“As I stand here today, we have expanded into over 10 locations within the last three years of our business existence. This growth has been driven by the efforts all of us have put on the table, the trust you have in our brand, and the opportunities created to connect investors with viable real estate projects,” he said.

 

He disclosed that the company is preparing to unveil additional projects in the coming months, promising improved documentation, stronger infrastructure planning, higher investor returns and faster market acceptance.

 

“We are not slowing down. We are scaling up,” he added, noting that the company’s 2026 strategy is focused on building stronger sales systems, empowering realtors and strengthening the mindset needed to achieve exponential growth.

 

Beyond real estate development, the firm also revealed plans to deepen its participation in agricultural investments, including an oil palm project designed to create income-generating assets for investors.

 

“Land should not just be owned; it should produce,” the managing director said, explaining that the company is gradually building a broader wealth ecosystem where investors can access both property and agricultural opportunities.

 

He assured realtors of continued support through transparent processes, competitive commissions and robust marketing backing.

The event also featured industry experts who challenged realtors to strengthen their sales discipline and professional approach to the business.

 

Managing Director and CEO of Certification Edge, Dr. Ajibola Bamidele, urged participants to evaluate their performance using measurable metrics such as conversion rates and daily prospecting activities.

 

“Growth does not happen by chance. It requires consistent action,” Bamidele said. “If you speak to prospects every day, track how many conversations convert into sales. That is how you diagnose your performance and identify what needs improvement.”

 

He emphasized that success in the real estate sector requires persistence and daily engagement with clients.

 

“Momentum means continuous forward movement powered by consistent action. Even on days you don’t feel like meeting clients, you still go out because successful people are those who remain consistent,” he said.

 

Other speakers at the event highlighted the importance of relationship-building in real estate transactions, noting that long-term success comes from nurturing client trust rather than focusing only on one-time deals.

 

Participants were encouraged to build lifetime relationships with investors, remain visible to their clients and continuously upgrade their skills in order to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving property market.
