Moved by the hardship and hunger in the country, the Eze Ndigbo Ifako Ijaiye Eze Michael Ezekwobi (Oyiomanatumba Nɗigbo Gbaagburugburu)has called on youths to embrace agriculture as permanent solution to the problems.
In a statement, Eze Ezekwobi said such gestures will not only end hardship but will also boost the economy.
In the same breath, the Anambra, born Eze, called on the federal government to provide incentives for youths willing to go back to agriculture .
“Aside youths, individuals across the country should also imbibe ‘operation feed your family.’ This measure mean that individuals can make use of green zone in their homes to grow vegetables and other essential crops that could be cultivated in gardens.
The Eze said if this measure is taken, it would help alleviate economic challenges in the country.
