Chief Executive Officer of Ako Group of Companies, Mr Obiora Atuchkwu, has explained that the approval of Diabiz Herbal Tea by NAFDDAC was as result of its excellent qualities and efficacy in controlling sugar level in the body.
He said Diabiz was introduced into the Nigerian market when the incidence of deaths from diabetes became rampant. Atuchukwu said the product is an herbal remedy that supports carbohydrate metabolism and has proved very useful in maintaining normal level of blood sugar.
The Ako Group boss, who firm is the sole marketer of Dykure, Pykure, Diabiz and other quality Indian herbal products in Africa, assured that with the presence of Diabiz, which is manufactured by Ayusri Health Products Limited India, many will be free from avoidable deaths as it contains syzygium cununi, emblica, officialis Plerocarpus marsuprum, terminalia arjuna, aegie marmelos.
“I have said that Diabiz also contains cinamomum zelynicum, curcuma longa etc, which have all it takes to reduce blood sugar level and at the same time fight diabetes,” he said.
According to him, negligence of the need to seek the necessary medical attention has been the bane of good and healthy living.
“We have observed that people die due to negligence and ignorance that keeps them from using the things that would save their lives. So, we conducted a research and later came out with Dykure, an Indian herbal capsule and Diabiz Tea, both are very good and effective in combatting diabetes.
