Dr Oyegbile, who was also an elderly man, encouraged the senior citizens to consume more fruits and vegetable to maintain a radiant skin even at old age. He stressed the need for them to make consumption of plenty of water every day a priority.

“Good health is everybody’s responsibility. We need to sleep well, eat healthy and make sure we consume plenty of water everyday, at least four litres of water. Doing this will help our body to expel waste easily through perspiration, urination and defecation and guarantee us a good functional body system as well as a healthy and radiant skin at our old age,” he said.
