Having to change your outfit at  bed time  is very important. The clothes you wear to bed affect your sleep.

For this reason, it is very important you go for cotton fabric, when shopping for nighties. That is not to say  that night dresses made with soft satin or silk are not nice. In fact, they look more attractive and eye-catching.

Cotton is by far the best material for sleeping. It’s ideal because it is a natural fibre that is lightweight, soft and comfortable. Furthermore, it allows your skin to breathe and is much less likely to cause skin irritation or rashes, particularly if the clothing is loose fitting.
