In collaboration with the Lagos State Government Ministry of Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade, and Investment, Wema Bank hosted an event themed “Cooperatives: Building a Better Future For All” over the weekend. The occasion united key stakeholders within the cooperative ecosystem to tackle prevalent challenges faced by cooperative societies in Nigeria.
At the heart of these discussions was CoopHub, Wema Bank’s state-of-the-art digital platform tailored specifically for cooperative societies. CoopHub aims to empower these societies by equipping them with essential resources, opportunities, and support needed to enhance operational efficiency and achieve optimal productivity. By mitigating challenges such as manual recordkeeping, limited access to financing, ineffective communication, and security concerns over financial transactions and data, CoopHub revolutionizes the cooperative experience.
