Fashion, fitness and wellness enthusiasts are in for a great time as the 2023 edition of The Wellness and Style Week by EM kicks off in September.
The style week is an online event meant to promote self-care, stress management, fitness and good health. It is aimed at making women look good on the inside and outside to continue to inspire confidence and style.
The 2023 edition of the Wellness and Style Week by EM will start from September 6 to September 9, 2023. There will be expert workshops to gain valuable insights into wellbeing, financial wellness, beauty, style and self-care.
According to Dr. Tewa Onasanya, founder of Exquisite Magazine, the promoters of the initiative, “The Wellness and style week is an avenue for wellness and fashion enthusiasts to get together with others to unlock their ultimate wellness and style transformation. Early bird registrations start Friday, August 25, and you even get to join the Exquisite Water Challenge to win a month’s supply of Nirvana bottled water.”
She added that all participants will also receive daily affirmations via email, nutritious menus and a wellness goody bag to help with continuing their wellness journey and become a member of the Exquisite Club where they will enjoy discounts with partners for a year.
With experts talking on mindfulness for self-care, financial wellness, relaxation techniques and skin care tips, the event also offers participants special discounts from the firm’s partners, who include Beauty by AD Kairos Candles and Fragrance, Lit Closet, Oriki Spa The Dew Centre, Lavyanna and many more.
The Wellness and Style Week will also bring networking opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and experts.
