With the round of 16 clash on the horizon, the head coach of the English women’s team Sarina Weigman has said they will capitalise on the weakness of the Nigeria team.
The Super Falcons of Nigeria will come face-to-face with England in Brisbane on Monday for a place in the quarter-final.
After garnering 9 points, the European champions carry a favorite tag but the manner Falcons qualified has caused a surprise in the World of football.
But the German gaffer insisted that they come out on top on Monday.
“We are going to study how the Nigerian team plays take out the strengths and exploit their weaknesses,” she stated.
Both sides have met on four occasions with Nigeria winning twice and England one.
