If you think Reggae music Died you need to rethink again .

According to an early definition in The Dictionary of Jamaican English (1980), reggae is based on ska, an earlier form of Jamaican popular music, and employs a heavy four-beat rhythm driven by drums, bass guitar, electric guitar, and the “scraper,” a corrugated stick that is rubbed by a plain stick.

‘’I started singing at age 10 , everyone in my neighborhood love the way I sing and wanted more of it says WD, who grew up in Benin city, an ascent city in EDO state .
Over the past few years, the 31 year old singer who’s known for keeping green and red colored hair as a tread mark in the industry – has catapulted to the top of Nigerian’s Mc circuit on the strength of songs .

Last two year’s he released a debut single with the title ( Lie ) and was set to released an Ep last year which he named ( Homeless Bwoy ) later postponed it to August 20th year 2023 .

His style of music / sound and lifestyle has won him fan’s across the globe
WD recently played a number of Lagos shows and was surprised to discover how many fan’s he has here , the fan’s in Lagos are more hyperactive , he say’s because they don’t see WD that much .
