Visible landmark footprints sufficient to attract Nigerians’ votes for Tinubu—Presidency

The Presidency has appealed to the Nigerian electorate to massively vote for President Bola Tinubu in next year’s presidential election over the landmark achievements he has recorded and the good work he has done across the country during his first term.

Senior Special Assistant on Media and Special Duties to the President, Tunde Rahman, made the appeal at the conclusion of the inspection of state and federal government projects in Benue and Nasarawa states.

Speaking to the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) media team during the inspection, Rahman urged Nigerians to forget the remonstrations of the opposition, who have continued to wallow in denial that President Tinubu has not done anything, stressing that he has done marvellously well to deserve re-election next year.

Rahman, who is also the Director of Media and Publicity for the RHAs, insisted that, in line with the popular mantra that a performer deserves rewards, President Tinubu merits re-election, having done well in his first term to enable him to continue the work he has started.

He further reflected that when the reforms were initiated, Nigerians complained bitterly about the initial difficulties, stressing that the difficulties have given way to benefits that they are seeing and enjoying today.

Rahman, while summing up the trip to the two states, said: “This is the conclusion of the tour in Benue and Nasarawa states. We saw road projects, interventions in healthcare, and bridges built by both the federal and state governments. They are part of the gains of the reforms undertaken by the President Tinubu-led administration.

“When those reforms were initiated, people were complaining about initial difficulty, but those difficulties have given way to benefits that we are seeing today,” he argued.

Speaking further, he said: “Forget about the lamentations of the opposition that have continued to claim that Mr. President has not done anything because there is evidence to show that he has done very well. In Nasarawa, the people said that Governor Abdullahi Sule has turned the state into a construction yard.”

“It is the same with Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State. Interestingly, both governors were unanimous in stating that they were able to do what they have done because the federal government reforms have freed resources to them and that they have more physical space to perform.”

“You also know that anybody who has done well deserves to come back again. Mr. President has done well in his first term, and he deserves to be re-elected to continue with the good work he has done.

“Forget the remonstration of the opposition who continued to wallow in denial that Mr President has not done anything, even when he has done marvellously well and deserves to be re-elected.

“I am appealing to Nigerians to judge Mr. President based on his landmark achievements, the good work he has done, and allow them to direct their voting decisions when the time comes,” he appealed.
