Uzodinma approves N30,000 minimum wage for Imo junior workers

Governor Hope Uzodinma has approved the payment of N30, 000 minimum wage to workers in Imo State.

The governor who announced this on Thursday after meeting with labour leaders in the state noted that the wages would be paid to the least worker on grade level one step one.

He further vowed that consequential adjustments on other levels will be implemented as soon as the ongoing government-labour negotiations are concluded.
