A groundbreaking event being jointly organised by DenManagement and Centre Stage Events, is set to redefine the celebration of the new yam festival.

The event, Urban New Yam Festival, which is designed to combine elements of fashion, food, lifestyle, and entertainment, aims to foster unity and showcase the beauty of Nigeria’s cultural tapestry.

In a joint statement, Creative Director/Chief Executive, DenManagement, Davies Den, and Centre Stage Events boss, Emeka Daniel, said that the three-day extravaganza promises to be a melting pot of tradition, modernity, and entertainment.

“We want to break barriers and demonstrate that we can come together as one nation, celebrating our shared values and enjoying ourselves,” said Davies Den, adding: “The festival will be an unforgettable experience, with a packed schedule of events for three days.”

Attendees can expect a mouthwatering array of food, electrifying performances by both established and emerging artists, captivating masquerade displays, and comedy acts.

“This is the first event of its kind in Nigeria.. We are excited to host it at the iconic Festac Town, a symbol of art and culture,” Emeka Daniel said.

The organizers are currently in talks with potential sponsors and will welcome partnerships to bring this vision to life.

With a star-studded lineup featuring artists like Ayidons, Ayaka Ozubulu, DJ Guchi, and many more, the Urban New Yam Festival is poised to become a must-attend event for music lovers and culture enthusiasts alike.
